| It's like that episode of Doctor Who |

You know, that episode.
First Green Arrow copied everything Batman did. Batplan, Arrowplane. Batmobile, Arrowmobile. Robin, Speedy.
Then Green Arrow started to synchronize with Batman. While Batman and Superman are best friends over in the main DCU timeline, Green Arrow and Superman are best friends in the Smallville timeline.
Now it's starting to happen that when the Arrow Family does something, the Bat Family copies them. Two or so years ago, Dinah adopted (with Green Arrow's help) a child raised by the League of Assassins, Sin; now, Batman's adopted Damien, who was raised by the League of Assassins.

Batman (Bruce) didn't adopt Damien. He was gotten the normal way. (by having sex with the daughter of your arch enemy in an out of continuity story who then by virtue of the universe being punched by an alternate dimensional version of your best friend's teenage self winds up having been born in this continuum, and was then raised in secret by a shadowy group of killers).
Yes, but Bruce isn't Batman, is he?
And Dick hasn't adopted him.
Technically they're brothers, unless DC is ignoring the very well done story where Bruce officially adopts Dick and makes him his heir. | |
